Who's That You're Wearing?

Have you heard of this? I first heard about this a few months ago.

    Bwahahahhaha!!! I can't believe this is real, I mean I know it is, but ... really people? LOL. I don't know. Whatever floats your boat, but it'd be kinda creepy to me.
