Who is 12?

It's hard to believe, but it's true. Elisa is now 12. She is so excited to finally be in young women's after all her friends have been for a while now. To celebrate, on her birthday I took the kids black light miniature golfing and then to eat.
We were all in a silly mood and laughing at everything. Then Elisa spilled a big cup of fry sauce on her pants and we all laughed at that...even Elisa. Isn't she awesome?
Then she spilled asphalt pie down her face. I don't know what was going on with her.
Then a few days later she had her friend party. We had lots of fun at laser tag, but I didn't take my camera to that. Then we came home to eat and play games.

I took this photo right before we started to play fugitive, but some of the kids had run down the street to get another friend so they weren't in the photo. I had kids from 3:00 until midnight and was exhausted at the end of it!
But Elisa got very spoiled by her very nice friends. I know she doesn't look like she likes her gift in this photo, but she loved it, along with everything else. Most of all, she enjoyed spending so much time having fun with her friends.

And she still has the extended family party coming up. Lucky girl! Happy birthday, Elisa!

  5. What a great party! Such a good mom you are. Elisa will love young womens. I love the new personal progress program. Moms can particapate in the program with their daughters and get their YW Recognition and medallion togeather. As My Eliza and I are working togeather on our personal progress It has given me a wonderful opertunity to share my tesamony and thoughts with her, as well as be uplifted by her testamony and toughts. 12 is the best age! She will have so many new "firsts" Happy B-day Elisa!
