I feel like I am one of a very few people who haven't read Twilight yet. I can't believe how much so many females from teenagers to older moms love it.

There was a lot of hype in my neighborhood about the Twilight series, but when I heard that they were about vampires, I just wasn't interested.
ReplyDeleteThen, when I flew to CA for a funeral, I asked my sister if I could borrow Shopaholic for the plane. The day of, she showed up with Twilight instead. I begrudgingly started reading it and was done with the series by the end of the next week. I REALLY enjoyed the books! The editing isn't so great in some of the books, but (like the horrible, low budget film) it is completely forgiveable because they are SO good. You really ought to give them a read (:
Don't feel bad; I just started Twilight. I'm pretty sure I am the only woman in my neighborhood who hasn't read it yet. Honestly, the story is interesting, but it is NOT the most well-written book I have ever read. In fact, I was surprised by just how bad some of it is! But the story is addictive!

ReplyDeleteme with Teaching the young womens since they were so addicted to the book but since the movie everyone just stopped. The movie was not good but I enjoyed the books.
