These are great for lunch or for party food. I just threw together this combination years ago and loved it enough to repeat it many, many times, but obviously you can mix it up with your favorite combinations instead (turkey, cream cheese and a little cranberry sauce, for example).
Tasty Ham Bagels
6 plain or onion bagels
1 (8-oz.) pkg. garden vegetable cream cheese, softened
6-8 slices deli ham, finely chopped
3 T. green onion, chopped
Mix cream cheese, ham and green onions together. When well mixed, top bagels with mixture and then top with other half of bagel. Serve whole or cut in half or fourths. Use mini bagels for an easy appetizer.
