Ham & Cheese Crescents

I have been making these for lunches or parties for years. It's great how something so easy can make people so happy. I always get requests for the recipe. It calls for mustard and I've used it before, but not usually. There always seems to be someone who dislikes it. And of course you can use whatever cheese you like. Ham & Cheese Crescents

2 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
8-12 slices deli ham slices, quartered
8 slices American cheese, quartered
1/2 c. pineapple tidbits, well drained
Mustard

Preheat oven to temperature indicated on crescent roll package. Unroll individual crescent rolls. Place quartered piece of ham and 2 quartered pieces of cheese on each crescent roll. Top with a few pineapple tidbits and a squirt of mustard. Roll up as usual, folding in ham and cheese as needed and pressing to seal edges. Bake as directed on package.
Yield: 16 crescents
