Hootnany Pancakes

I just tried this easy pancake recipe from Sisters' Cafe last week. When it bakes, it bubbles up in places making "hills" as Melanie (one of the sisters at Sisters' Cafe) calls it. I made some raspberry topping with frozen raspberries to top it. It's nice to just throw it together and into the oven so you don't have to flip over and over! Next time I'll add some orange zest to the batter.4 T. butter
6 eggs
½ t. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. flour

Turn oven to 400°. Put butter in 9x13-inch pan and place pan in oven until butter melts. (Be careful not to burn butter.) While butter in melting, blend remaining ingredients in blender and pour onto hot melted butter. Bake for 15-20minutes.
