I'm actually making chicken alfrado tonight. I make my own sauce by combining cream cheese, butter and garlic in a sauce pan until soft and melted and then I take my hand blender and while I am pouring in milk gradually I blend with the hand mixer blender thing. Then I add parmesan cheese to taste. I don't do exact measurements I just eyeball the whole thing. But it is really yummy and it is one of the kids favorites.
ReplyDeleteLooks yummy-my two favorite things-alfredo and spice! I will have to incorporate the spice in next time I make alfredo! Thanks for the comment on my blog-I'm off to check out the rest of your recipes now!
